• Where we can identify a specific road or a specific type of house, we will endeavour to get advance notice of any properties coming to market.
• We will write to owners of specific properties that have been identified during the search 
• We will talk to developers and land agents where appropriate.

Having considered every option we will then draw up a short list of suitable properties which we can visit together. It is our policy to accompany all viewings.

TO KEEP YOU INFORMED  We will telephone you/e-mail you every week with a progress report.
As soon as we find any property that appear to match your needs, we will visit the property, take photos and give you a detailed report showing how the house equates to your needs.

SELECTION  It is not practical to list all the options. Needless to say, we work to our your convenience to finalise on the property of your choice.

OFFER and COMPLETION  After we have found you a home we do not  then walk away. We will, from the submission of the offer, negotiate the price and once your bid is accepted manage the process all the way through to exchange and completion. This includes dealing with solicitors, estate agents, surveyors financial advisers and any other involved parties.

OUR GUARANTEE - if within ten working days of our receipt of the signed "Terms and Conditions" (including e-mail submission) you are not satisfied with the work that we have done we will return 75% of the registration fee. We will normally start our search work upon receipt of the T & C's but will not supply any information until we have received your fee.
